Consultant In Transplantation (arab Doctors)
Job Description
Clinical: The post holder will replace an existing consultant and will have a major contribution to the liver transplant rota and the overall management of liver transplant recipients. The post holder will provide training for junior surgeons in liver transplant surgery and related procedures. The post holder will contribute to outpatient clinics which support the liver transplant service. The post holder will have regular commitments to the in-patient management during duty weeks where ward management responsibilities will be shared with a hepatologist.
