Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a motivated and experienced Consultant Histopathologist for our Sharjah location.What You'll Do:- Conduct a range of diagnostic procedures on tissue samples using specialized staining techniques, including H&E, immunohistochemistry, and special stains- Interpret and analyze samples to detect abnormal or diseased tissue and provide accurate and timely diagnoses- Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to determine treatment plans for patients- Ensure the proper handling, storage and disposal of samples and chemicals in accordance with laboratory guidelines and safety protocols- Manage and maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and report any malfunctions to laboratory management- Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements- Train and supervise laboratory staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new techniques and advances in the field of histopathology- Utilize electronic medical records systems to document and track patient information and testing results accurately- Engage in continuing education and attend conferences and seminars to enhance knowledge and skillsWho You Are:- A qualified Medical Doctor with a specialization in Histopathology from an accredited institution- Board certification in Histopathology or equivalent from a recognized body such as the American Board of Pathology or Royal College of Pathologists- At least 5 years of experience as a Consultant Histopathologist in a reputable healthcare institution- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and data analysis software- Familiarity with laboratory safety and quality control protocols- An innovative and curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and developmentWhy Join Us:At Allocation Assist Middle East, we value our employees and strive to foster a positive work environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
