We are seeking a dynamic and talented Consultant General & Advanced Surgery to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia.
As a Consultant General & Advanced Surgery, you will play a key role in providing high-quality surgical care to patients in a diverse and fast-paced healthcare environment. You will work with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and have access to state-of-the-art medical technology and resources to deliver the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general and advanced surgical procedures on patients of all ages.
- Evaluate patients medical histories and symptoms to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest developments, techniques, and procedures in the field of general and advanced surgery.
- Participate in training and mentorship activities for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines and standards in patient care.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Board certification in general surgery.
- Candidates must possess UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or an equivalent certification.
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of advanced surgery (e.g. vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing surgeon.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
