OverviewM42 is proud to announce its strategic investment partnership with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate and manage Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah.This collaboration will bring world-class healthcare services to over three million residents in the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s northern regions, including military personnel and their families.M42 will integrate leading healthcare providers such as the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Healthpoint, ensuring access to specialized, precise, and preventative care. M42 is set to officially commence full-scale operations at Zayed Military Hospital, in early 2025.Responsibilities
- Adheres to the division\'s policies, procedures and standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies.
- Follow, adherence to, and implement the relevant standard of care across all clinical activities. The Physician is required to adhere to these standards without exception.
- Diagnoses and treats patients according to the relevant international and organizational guidelines and standards. The Physician\xe2\x80\x99s clinical duties include but are not limited to the following: Oversees the clinical activities of the clinical team and assumes responsibility for the care of the patient.
- Regularly reviews results of all investigations and modifies treatment as required.
- Actively participates in multi-disciplinary meetings to help plan effective, safe and holistic care for individual patients.
- Relentlessly focuses on quality improvement and compassionate care of the patient and the family.
- Bachelor of Medicine/ MBBS Degree or any equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH PQR.
- Masters/Certificate of Completion of specialty training recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH PQR.
- Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (Where applicable).
- 5 years or plus experience is preferred
- Experienced in western setting with a Tier 1 specialised training or a tier 1 western boarded.
- Arabic Speaking is preferred.
