Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient, taking into consideration their unique medical needs and preferences.
- Monitor and manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Current and unrestricted medical license.
