Position: Consultant Family MedicineWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Family Medicine to join our growing team. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and promote holistic wellness to patients of all ages.Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients, from newborns to senior citizens- Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create treatment plans based on individual patient needs- Collaborate with specialist physicians to coordinate patient care and provide referrals when necessary- Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease management, and preventive healthcare measures- Facilitate follow-up appointments and ongoing care for patients with chronic illnesses or complex medical conditions- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic medical records- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize clinical practicesRequirements:- Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school- Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent from a recognized medical board- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in a primary care setting- Strong knowledge of evidence-based medical practices, current medical trends, and healthcare regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues- Empathetic, patient-centered approach towards patients of diverse backgrounds and varying levels of health literacy- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other relevant medical software and technologyJoin us and be a part of our team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.
