This key role will be responsible for performing advanced procedures and providing expert advice and support to our patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of advanced laboratory procedures related to ART, including oocyte retrieval, embryo development, and embryo transfer.
Conduct semen analysis and sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures.
Collaborate with fertility specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Perform pre- and post-embryo transfer procedures such as embryo biopsy, assisted hatching, and cryopreservation.
Monitor and evaluate the development of embryos and provide recommendations for proper embryo selection.
Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements related to ART.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in ART and participate in relevant research and training activities.
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Embryology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an Embryologist, preferably in a high-volume fertility center.
Strong knowledge of ART procedures, techniques, and equipment.
Certification from a recognized professional organization such as ESHRE or ASRM.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
Proficient in laboratory software and data management.
