Primary Skills: HCM domain experience with at least 3-5 end to end implementation experience on Fusion/EBS HCM Modules - Core HR & Payroll , Absence , Performance ,Talent Management , Compensation and benefits (EBS background will be preferred)
Required Experience and skills:
6 - 8 years of relevant experience as a resource in full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations with at least 3 Oracle Fusion HCM/HR projects
Hands on experience in executing tasks and deliverables in all phases of a project lifecycle like design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy and support
Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, executing fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configurations, testing, client user training
Expert in Implementation, Enhancement & Support activities within Oracle Fusion/EBS Environments
Experience with the following cycles (at least 3) with expertise in configuration and setting up. Awareness on the key features and reports provided by Oracle:
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including effective ability to handle client facing roles
Ability to effective manage multiple clients/projects effectively
Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects
Ability to support current state assessments, target model, migration and implementation roadmap, business case for large scale Enterprise Solutions strategy or advisory engagements
Ability to develop RFI, RFP, vendor evaluation and vendor selection for large scale Enterprise Solutions strategy or advisory engagements
Ability to support quality assurance for large scale ERP implementations
Ability to support program management for large scale ERP implementations
Ability to support post implementation review for large scale ERP implementations
Team player - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Experience in an onshore, offshore team structure is a plus
Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions
Experience in working on global oracle HCM deployements
Good understanding and experience of cloud services and integration
Strong understanding of different software development lifecycle methodologies like waterfall/agile
Strong understanding of Oracle OUM and AIM methodologies for implementation
Strong understanding of business processes and effective analytical skills
Ability to travel within the region
Additional Desired Skills
Applicants with certifications in EBS/Fusion HCM modules/cycles will be preferred
Experience working with OTBI will be preferred
Previous experience with other Big 4 firms
Fluency in Arabic in addition to English
Regional experience (UAE + Middle east) will be preferred
