As a Consultant, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating critically ill patients, providing consultation and guidance to medical staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in one of the leading hospitals in Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), including diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of their conditions.
Perform procedures such as intubation, central venous catheterization, and arterial catheterization.
Consult with other medical specialists to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for patients.
Train and supervise medical staff, including residents and nursing staff, in the management of critically ill patients.
Participate in educational and training programs for medical personnel.
Review and analyze patient data, including medical history, lab results, and imaging, to determine accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide them with information about their condition, treatment options, and prognosis.
Adhere to all hospital protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited university.
Specialized training and board certification in critical care medicine.
Valid license to practice as a Consultant in critical care medicine.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Critical Care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Must be Western- trained.
Must hold a valid passport and be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
