:A prestigious hospital in the UAE is looking Consultant in Critical Care Medicine. In this role, you will manage critically ill patients and lead the multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality critical care. Your responsibilities will encompass the diagnosis, treatment, and assessment of critically ill patients, along with ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and examinations of patients in critical conditions upon admission
- Formulate and implement treatment plans based on investigations and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Oversee junior staff and provide training and mentorship
- Document all patient information and treatment plans accurately
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Engage with families to explain diagnoses and care plans while offering support
- Medical degree with specialization in Critical Care Medicine
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a critical care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
