Job Description
:We currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Medicine Consultant to join a renowned hospital in the United Arab Emirates. As a Consultant Critical Care Medicine, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute illnesses. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients admitted to the ICU and other clinical areas
- Order and interpret necessary investigations under the guidance of the departmental Head/Coordinator
- Document patients\' medical history, treatments, and progress in the designated forms
- Collaborate with specialists and consultants for referrals and consultations as needed
- Provide written handover at the beginning and end of duty shifts
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and maintain accurate documentation
- Train and supervise nurses, paramedical, and support staff as required
- Specialization Degree in Critical Care Medicine or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience post specialization in Critical Care Medicine
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical decision-making abilities
