:Wizejob HR Consultancy is currently hiring for the position of Consultant Critical Care Medicine for a renowned hospital in the UAE. As a Critical Care Doctor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients. This includes diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, providing organ system support, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Your role will also involve systems management, ethical decision-making, end-of-life care, and support for patients\' families.Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate critically ill patients upon admission to the ICU, ER, or other designated clinical areas
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests under the guidance of the departmental Head/Coordinator
- Document patients\' medical history, treatment plans, and other relevant information
- Consult and collaborate with specialists and consultants as needed
- Provide written handover at the beginning and end of duty shifts
- Rectify any errors or omissions in patient records promptly
- Adhere to administrative policies and procedures
- Train and supervise nurses, paramedical staff, and support staff as required
- Specialization Degree in Critical Care Medicine
- Minimum 5-10 years of post-specialization experience in Critical Care
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Effective communication skills
- Strong critical decision-making abilities
