You will provide expert cardiac care to patients, utilizing a combination of clinical assessment, diagnostic testing, medical therapy, and procedural interventions. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing patient outcomes, promoting cardiovascular health, and advancing the field of cardiology within our institution.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with cardiovascular complaints, including chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, and fatigue.
Perform detailed clinical assessments, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests such as electrocardiography (ECG), echocardiography, stress testing, cardiac catheterization, and cardiac imaging studies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific cardiac condition, incorporating medical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and interventional procedures as appropriate.
Perform interventional cardiology procedures, such as cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), coronary angioplasty, stent placement, and structural heart interventions, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding cardiovascular diseases, risk factors, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote heart health and prevent disease progression.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardio thoracic surgeons, electrophysiologists, cardiac rehabilitation specialists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex cardiac conditions.
Participate in on-call coverage schedules to provide timely evaluation and management of cardiac emergencies, such as acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, heart failure exacerbations, and cardiac arrest.
Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities to advance the understanding and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, contributing to the academic mission of the institution and dissemination of knowledge in the field of cardiology.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records, in compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of cardiac care, optimize patient safety, and improve patient satisfaction.Requirements-Experience From US (Board), Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT), Ireland (CSD, CSCST), Australia &NZ (Fellowship), France (DES, DESC), And Other European Countries According to The Qualification Equivalence Tables of the UAE- MOH -Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a hospital environment - Western and Asian countries experience is preferred.
