The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized cardiac care to patients, with exceptional surgical skills and a strong passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes. - Conduct comprehensive patient consults and develop individualized treatment plans for cardiac surgical interventions.
- Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including heart transplants, coronary bypass surgeries, valvular repairs, and congenital repair procedures.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technologies to ensure the highest quality of care and outcomes for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements in cardiac surgery.
- Train and mentor junior medical staff, including residents, fellows, and other team members.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Cardiac Surgery or related specialty.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility.
- Fellowship training in Cardiac Surgery or Advanced Cardiac Surgery Techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Must be Western-trained.
