Data & Business Analytics :This is a challenging but fulfilling role, where you will be required to operate as a key member of our team, helping develop the team around you, and contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Business Consulting and Business Advisory Services, by working across a wide variety of projects across our consulting service areas.What you\'ll be doing:
You will be responsible for supporting the consulting lifecycle, from developing proposals, to planning work, to supporting clients
You will develop and maintain productive working relationships within the team and your clients
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
You will focus on developing your expertise by working on a broad range of engagements, and operate outside of your comfort zone
Who we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Strategy or a quantitative discipline
Masters degree or professional accounting qualification will be considered as a plus
2-4 years of experience of related work experience in a consulting practice
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You will possess strong organization and time management skills
You can take feedback, and give feedback, and make it a core part of how you operate
You can manage multiple priorities without letting any of them slip
You have strong analytical, business commercial and problem solving skills. You enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageable components
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken, English required, Arabic is a bonus), with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
You are comfortable working under pressure, in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines, delivering results
You can demonstrate initiative, and are quick to pick up concepts
You can talk confidently about the work you have done in the past, in a structured and effective manner
