Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. The supervisor will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and site procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure high-quality work standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with design specifications.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to address any issues and ensure that project timelines and budgets are met.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular site inspections and attend site meetings to track project progress and resolve any concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license is an Compulsory.
