Job Summary: Looking for a Construction Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Work with project managers to create detailed construction plans
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, as well as other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead and manage construction teams, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or delays promptly
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets established standards and contractual requirements
• Enforce strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Manage the delivery and usage of construction materials and equipment to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Identify potential construction-related challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks and avoid delays
• Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on milestones, timelines, and any significant developments, for project managers and stakeholders

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management or any relevant Engineering course
• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or a similar role within the construction industry required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, as well as safety regulations
• Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong supervisory skills required
