Job Description

Seeking a candidate with 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

Ability to control multiple renovation & fit out projects at a time with very good knowledge of construction activities like block works, plaster works, demolition works, washroom renovations, gypsum ceiling, painting, tiling works, MEP works.

Ability to control manpower at site

Able to read understand & explain construction drawings.

Able to make planning of works in advance.

Should know to calculate the required material at site & procure in advance.

Must have UAE Valid Driving License

Must communicate in English

Salary 3000 to 3500 Based on Experience

Requirements-

• Must have expertise in gypsum ceilings, flooring, partitions, tiling, electrical work, AC installations, glass partitions, painting, and joinery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and effectively communicate with subcontractors is essential.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of fit-out experience within the UAE.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Driving license is Must
• Immediate joining

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
