Responsibilities: · Supervise the construction team during SITE construction in a manner that achieves quality installation meeting performance parameters set out in the Statement of Requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by COMPANY. · Being an active member of the Project Team and managing construction organization interfaces by working collaboratively across the project organization providing direction, coordination and alignment of construction strategies and planning. · Acts as the Construction interface from the point of project inception to the point the project starts field execution. · Ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by CONTRACTOR are in accordance with the respective Agreement with COMPANY Basic Function and Scope: · Monitoring construction activities in a manner that achieves project technical requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by COMPANY

Qualifications and Experience: · Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent. · Equivalent from an accredited institute with a relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry in GCC region. · Must have a relevant year of experience in similar position for major oil & Gas / Marine construction projects in GCC region. · PMC & ADNOC experiences are preferable.
