Male Arabic Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in the marble industry to lead and oversee all phases of marble projects. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong project management, client relationship, and team leadership abilities. The Project Manager will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of marble products from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of marble projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Oversee the coordination of resources, including materials, labor, and equipment. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements. Mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within the marble, stone, or construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP certification preferred. Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
