We are seeking two highly skilled

Project Managers

with extensive experience in

building construction

. The ideal candidates must be experts in

construction documentation and processes

, managing projects from

bidding/tendering

to

mobilization and final handover

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Manage all construction documentation, contracts, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead coordination between stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and authorities. Ensure seamless execution from

tendering to handover

, including procurement, mobilization, execution, and close-out phases. Mitigate risks and implement best practices for successful project completion.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of UAE experience

as a Project Manager in building construction.
?

G+12 Dubai Municipality (DM) approval

is mandatory.
?

Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) approval

is mandatory.
? Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and approval processes.
? Expertise in project documentation, claims, and contractual obligations.
? Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
