Your Role in This ProjectProject Leadership & Oversight

• Act as the primary authority on-site, leading end-to-end project execution with precision and accountability.
• Develop and implement detailed project strategies, ensuring alignment with a billion dollar project and strict timelines.
• Oversee resource mobilization, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation for a project of unprecedented scale.

Technical & Execution Excellence

• Ensure seamless deployment of resources and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
• Lead soil testing, site assessments, and technical reviews to meet project milestones.
• Approve and oversee technical drawings and submissions, ensuring compliance with Project Quality Manuals (PQM) and Health & Safety Standards (HSM).
• Unparalleled Scale: Work on a comprehensive renewable energy project featuring solar, transmission, and energy storage components, with prior experience managing sites of at least 200MW on a single location required.Demonstrate a proven track record of seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring no gaps in oversight or delivery.

Client, Team, and Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the face of the project, maintaining transparency with clients and building trust with all stakeholders.
• Motivate and guide a multi-disciplinary project team to achieve high-performance results.
• Represent the company in client meetings, inspections, and contractual discussions.

Financial & Statutory Leadership

• Control and monitor the projects billion dollar project to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manage claims, invoicing, and collections, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, while meeting contract requirements.

What Youll Bring to the Table

• Educational Background: Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven Experience: 15+ years in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical aspects of Solar EPC projects, with substantial Middle East or CIS region experience.
• Leadership in Scale: Direct experience managing Solar EPC sites of at least 200MW; preference for those with exposure to gigawatt-scale projects.
• End-to-End Expertise: Comprehensive experience leading projects through their entire life cyclexe2x80x94from project kick-off to final delivery.
• Unmatched Expertise: Ability to navigate the technical and operational complexities of multi-billion-dollar renewable energy projects.
