Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our road construction projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and organizational skills, a strong background in construction operations, and the ability to ensure the efficient execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Manage daily operations to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to align operational activities with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges to minimize delays and inefficiencies.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Resource Management:

• Oversee the procurement and allocation of equipment, materials, and labor.
• Optimize resource usage to control costs and improve productivity.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of road construction, sewerage, drainage, and irrigation works.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and industry standards.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
