Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner

Create detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, and schedules.

Managing the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Overseeing the project budget to control costs and meet financial targets.

Leading project teams, including site managers, engineers, and laborers

Facilitating communication and coordination among stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensuring team members are adequately trained and developing their skills.

Implementing quality control procedures to meet the highest standards.

Acting as clients' primary point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and comply with regulations.

Addressing any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.

Handle over the resulting structures and services for use

Monitor progress and compile reports in project status

Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Requirements

Proven working experience in civil engineering & Customer Service

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in construction management & Civil Engineering

Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar

Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc

Project management and supervision skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

License of professional engineer

UAE Driving License Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• civil engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
• Construction Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
