We are looking for qualified Construction Managers with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector for a multibillion Oil & Gas project located in UAE.Job Purpose:
To manage the overall construction process of onshore oil and gas treatment facilties, structures and/or pipelines from initial construction planning through to final handover to production operations within the EPC Contractor organisation.Activities and responsibilities:
- Construction planning and monitoring (schedule, costs and technical integrity of works)
- Constructability Reviews and Sub-Contractors\' execution plan reviews
- Sub-Contractors and Suppliers management (including works troubleshooting)
- Managing construction sites and relevant service contracts
- Define, Implement and manage construction management organisation structure.
- Interface with Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Quality and Project Management internal functions.
- Liaise with Customer construction functions, Local, Third Party and regulatory authorities, Local CommunitiesRequirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Role/Function within EPC Contractor organisation
- Proven experience in delivering large EPC contracts (project value above 500 million $)
- Familiar with Oil and Gas Treatment Plants; Receiving and Interconnecting Pipelines.
- English Fluently written and spoken (mandatory)
- Technical Diploma / Degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical) or equivalentWhat we offer:

Expected starting date: July 2024
Duration: 12 months with possible extension up to 24 months
Standard Working hours: 10 hours a day / 6 days a week
Standard Rotation: 60 days at worksite followed by 20 days rest
