Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices specific to high-rise developments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects in Dubai. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution of project challenges. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Construction Manager, with a strong focus on high-rise building projects in Dubai. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex high-rise projects. In-depth knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Valid UAE driving license. Must be able to provide documented proof of experience with high rise projects within Dubai.
