\xc3\xb0\xc2\x9f\xc2\x92\xc2\xbc Position: Construction Manager\xc3\xb0\xc2\x9f\xc2\x93\xc2\x8d Location: Reporting to Operations Manager\xc3\xb0\xc2\x9f\xc2\x92\xc2\xb0 Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000\xef\xbb\xbfRequirements:
- Degree: Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the UAE, with a focus on industrial/warehouse projects within a contracting company.
- Own and manage project budgets, including costs, variations, and EOTs.
- Build strategic relationships with clients/consultants to drive repeat business and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the project team, ensuring high productivity and retention.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet contractual specifications.
- Coordinate all site activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
- Manage material/drawing submissions, negotiations, and approvals with consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Conduct daily site meetings, monitor subcontractors, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Plan, manage, and control the project as a separate profit center, handling all aspects from manpower to overhead costs.
