Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.
Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnel
Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities
Provide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the project
Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions
Build and Manage effective Construction teams
Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedules
Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team
Manage the RFI and change order process in the field
Assist with the preparation of change orders
Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts
Maintain detailed, accurate, and complete documentation of construction activities
Qualifications
BSc or MSc in any relevant Engineering Discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical)
Total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience for min. 7 years in the Oil & Gas Projects.
Deep understanding and knowledge with construction management systems, processes and tools
Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or any equivalent) is highly preferable.
Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.
