CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MEP
Requirements :
Male Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Has minimum 8 years of experience in UAE ( preferably in Abu Dhabi)
Skills & Competencies :
• Strong leadership and project management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficiency in MEP software and tools. o Deep understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. o Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Overseeing planning, coordination, and implementation of MEP Ensuring all MEP work is executed as per the project standards Managing project schedules and budgets Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, & clients. Supervising and providing guidance to the MEP team to ensure high-quality work Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
