Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology, such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanning, to collect accurate data.
Analyze survey data to produce detailed reports, maps, and drawings for project stakeholders.
Implement and oversee quality control measures for surveying work
Lead and manage all land surveying projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data essential for project success.
Prepare and review survey documents, reports, and maps, ensuring precision and clarity in all deliverables.
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for land use and development based on findings.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on Infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Surfer) and geographic information systems (GIS).
