Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for oil and gas projects, including pipeline construction, in accordance with ADNOC standards and project requirements;
Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards;
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with project objectives;
Monitor progress, performance, and productivity of construction activities, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to keep projects on track;
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards throughout the construction process;
Review and approve construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and method statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize costs;
Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field;
15+ years of proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Oil & Gas industry, with specific knowledge of ADNOC standards during pipeline projects;
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials, with the ability to interpret and enforce project specifications;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams;
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Fluent level of English (written and spoken).
