Construction Manager vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

Part-Time Construction Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred) We are urgently seeking a Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities according to project timelines and budget Monitor progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship Communicate regularly with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations Provide regular updates on project status to management team Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
