Coordinate with the Personnel & Administrative Officer on issues relating to new recruits in terms of visas, housing, and all licenses and documentation required for legal purposes. Prepare all necessary Arabic documents relating to visas, sponsorship, labour cards, licenses, and permits for submission to the appropriate authorities. Liaise with the HR personnel to ensure that the personnel files include all of the up-to-date records and information requested by regulations prevailing in the UAE. Follow up on the company's behalf with all relevant government authorities, banks, insurance companies, etc. Maintain an up-to-date copy of all laws and regulations related to the company's staff.
