Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and ADNOC-approved Construction Manager (E&I) to oversee the successful execution of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) projects at GASCO Ruwais. The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage E&I construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, GASCO, and local regulatory standards, including health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Liaise with engineering teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Promote a culture of safety, conducting toolbox talks and enforcing safety policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ADNOC approval as a Construction Manager in Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in E&I construction, preferably within oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, especially in ADNOC and GASCO environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Familiarity with ADNOC, GASCO, and UAE construction standards and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
