Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of the site. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor and manage construction site activities, including supervising workers and contractors. Develop and manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring the project stays on track. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and change orders. Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Ensure the project stays within budget by monitoring costs and controlling expenses. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and meets quality standards. Collaborate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests. Maintain safety on the construction site by enforcing safety protocols and managing risks. Review and approve project invoices and ensure payments are made on time.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years experience.
