Need to apply only if meeting below requirement Civil Engineering degree with

min 10 years

experience in building construction projects and

min 3 years in similar position

Experience in

Building construction projects is a must

preferably mid rise/high rise building projects
Attend Construction Kick Off Meetings

Ensure that the project mobilization effort is well-planned and monitored.

Ensure that the project close out effort is well-planned and monitored.

Electromechanical co-ordination as defined.

Effective control over quality records and quality documentation.

Raise RFIs where necessary.

Timely marking up of 'For Construction' drawings towards As Built Drawings preparation.

Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external).

Attend internal audits, review and action as required on internal audit reports.

Identify and report the occurrence of nonconformities and also raise DCMs.

Ensure the necessary control over measuring and monitoring devices used at site

Awareness, identification, input, review, approval, implementation and control of ITPs and Method Statements. Inspection prior to inspection by the Client/Consultant (using checklists where relevant) and initiation of the relevant Inspection Requests.

Effective and regular planning of the work in line with the Baseline/target programmes.

Ensure the preparation of Day work details.

Effective management and control of subcontractors.

Assist with client payment demand valuation details.

Effective and timely requisitioning for materials and services required.

Input towards rating the performance of project suppliers/ subcontractors (internal / external).

Ensure implementation of all aspects of Project Inventory control.

Ensure the necessary briefings / tool box talks for subordinates and labor respectively.

Material management (logistics) and equipment management related to the project.

Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project and standard practice.

Conduct daily meetings with site staff to organize work in line with daily/weekly/monthly targets and brief the Project Manager accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED28,000.00 per month
