Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution as per the approved schedule and budget. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Monitor daily site progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any deviations or non-conformities. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site, ensuring adherence to local laws and company safety procedures. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents, resolving conflicts or discrepancies in coordination with the engineering and planning teams. Manage workforce deployment, material deliveries, and equipment utilization to optimize productivity and reduce downtime. Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections. Ensure effective communication between site teams, project management, and consultants to facilitate smooth decision-making and issue resolution. Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and audits to maintain construction excellence and minimize rework. Assist in contract management, including reviewing subcontractor performance, work progress, and compliance with contractual obligations. Track material consumption, identify potential wastage, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality. Lead site meetings, brief teams on project updates, and provide technical guidance to engineers and supervisors. Oversee project handover processes, including snagging, de-snagging, and obtaining completion certificates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12-17 years of experience in high-rise building construction, with at least 4 years in a Construction Manager role in Dubai.
