Position Title: Construction Manager
Location: Dubai Industrial Park
Reports To: Project Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Construction Manager, you will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management:
• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
• Develop project timelines, work schedules, and ensure milestones are met.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Track and report on project expenses, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Control & Safety:
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Review and enforce quality control measures, ensuring all work meets project standards.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Making:
• Identify potential issues and risks early on, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Make real-time decisions to solve problems related to construction processes, materials, and staffing.
• Resolve disputes and delays promptly, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and permits.
• Ensure that all project records are updated and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of final reports and project closeout documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (10+ years) as a Construction Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes following the Dubai Municipality & Tarakhees is a must
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tarakhees & Dubai Municipality: 10 years (Preferred)
