Motif Interiors is actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations for fit-out/ construction projects based in Abu Dhabi , UAE.

Role Overview .

The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site operations for fit-out/Construction works, ensuring that all construction activities are as per the layout design, You will be responsible for managing the project's Manpower, budgeting, legal documentation/permits, and ensuring project is completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Residential experience - Candidate should have experience in Managing construction projects for Villas or similar works,

Fitout experience is a plus

• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, finishes and systems.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations , permitting processes .

Software Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Dynamics, and MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Certification in HSE or similar is a strong advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
