About Our Client: Our client, a leading construction firm in the UAE, is known for its innovative projects and commitment to quality. They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and drive their projects to successful completion.
The Role: As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction activities from A to Z, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
• Plan and manage construction schedules and resources.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays promptly.
What We're Looking For:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
