Construction Manager
Job Description
Job role:
1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Supervision: Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
4. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget.
5. Quality Control: Ensure all work meets specified standards and regulations.
6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
8. Permits and Inspections: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and inspections are completed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering .
2. ?Min 8 years of experience with background on high rise projects in UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
Experience:
• High Rise Buildings: 8 years (Preferred)
