Position: Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. With a strong portfolio of projects and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a professional who can lead our construction operations to success.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
