Construction Manager
Job Description
: Job Responsibilities: More than 10 years of work experience
1. Responsible for inspections of project quality, safety, fire protection, etc.;
2. Strictly control the quality of the project;
3. Responsible for coordinating cross-construction cooperation between various types of work;
4. Prepare a construction schedule;
5. Participate in regular meetings held by the owner, supervisor or general contractor;
6. Chair regular production meetings to implement project construction production plans and completion status;
7. Organize the formulation and implementation of project finished product protection measures and emergency plans.
Qualifications:
1. Relevant majors such as construction or decoration engineering. More than 2 years of work experience in the same industry;
2. Familiar with interior decoration construction technology and acceptance standards; Familiar with decoration and decoration building materials and main construction technology;
3. Have strong on-site organization, scheduling, coordination and other related management capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
