Job Description
The Job holder will be responsible for the overall planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the project to ensure the successful completion and supervision of the project. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring it aligns with the school\'s goals and budget constraints The position is full time site based.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor the budget and ensure cost control throughout the project.
- Assemble and lead a project team, including consultant, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Assign responsibilities and tasks to team members and Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, including school management.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes in the project plan. Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Review and approve invoices and payment requests.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Strong background of quality control procedures.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure that construction and renovation work meets specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments
- Awareness and strong knowledge of authority requirements and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
- Proper understanding and ability to monitor Safety requirements at site.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Track project progress against the established timeline. Adjust the schedule as needed to meet project goals and deadlines. Manage any delays or unforeseen circumstances effectively..

- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- UAE experience in Construction: 10 years (Required)
- working as a construction manager: 4 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
