Job Description

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager - Civil for our mega project (high-rise building) in Dubai.

Immediate joiner are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all finishing work meets high-quality standards and client expectations.
• Cost Control: Manage the budget for finishing materials and labor efficiently.
• Scheduling: Create and maintain finishing work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Resource Management: Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Contractor and Supplier Oversight: Select, hire, and supervise contractors and suppliers to ensure work quality and timeliness.
• Compliance: Ensure all permits and regulatory requirements related to finishing are met.
• Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Client Communication: Keep clients informed and address their concerns.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues that may arise during the finishing phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 13+ years UAE/middle east experience.
• Candidate must have UAE experience in High-rise building projects like Mall, Mixed Use Development, Star hotels, etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction, structural and finishing processes.
• Project management skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
