Our focus is now on running and scaling the company to execute large-scale construction projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to help us manage the entire process from start to finish and build a thriving construction company.

•Position Overview:•

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with over 10 years of construction industry experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex construction projects from conception through to completion. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of construction, including project planning, budgeting, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, this role offers a unique opportunity for profit-sharing and potential partnership in the company.

•Key Responsibilities:•

o? ?Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning through to project completion.

o? ?Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction company, ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

o? ?Lead the hiring and management of subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

o? ?Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensure effective communication with all team members and clients.

o? ?Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables, while managing risk and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations in the UAE.

o? ?Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns.

o? ?Work closely with the owners and investors to ensure business objectives are met, and future projects are strategically aligned with growth goals.

o? ?Provide expert leadership in all construction-related activities, from site inspections and compliance checks to quality control.

o? ?Play a key role in business development, helping to grow the company through strategic partnerships and efficient project delivery.

•Requirements:•

o? ?Over 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the UAE.

o? ?Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large-scale construction projects.

o? ?In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and best practices.

o? ?Demonstrated experience in hiring and managing subcontractors, as well as negotiating contracts.

o? ?Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects.

o? ?Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure projects are delivered profitably.

o? ?Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o? ?Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
