• Developing project plans: Creating timelines, budgets, and project schedules.
• Resource allocation: Identifying labor, equipment, and materials needed for the project.
• Ensuring permits and licenses are obtained for legal compliance.

• Hiring and managing staff: Recruiting workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities to various team members and ensuring they are completed on time.
• Conducting meetings and briefing sessions to keep everyone on the same page.
3\. Budget and Cost Control:
• Managing the budget: Ensuring the project stays within the allocated budget.
• Monitoring expenses: Tracking costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.
• Reporting financial status: Regularly updating stakeholders on the financial health of the project.
4\. Quality Control:
• Ensuring construction standards are met: Overseeing that work complies with safety codes, building codes, and quality standards.
• Conducting inspections: Regularly inspecting the construction site to monitor progress and quality of work.
5\. Scheduling and Time Management:
• Creating and maintaining schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Tracking project milestones and deadlines: Ensuring the project stays on track and identifying delays.
• Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to meet timelines.
6\. Health and Safety Oversight:
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site to minimize accidents.
• Conducting safety meetings and training for workers.
• Implementing risk assessments and safety plans to prevent injuries and maintain a safe environment.
7\. Communication with Stakeholders:
• Reporting to clients and stakeholders about the project's progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Handling client requests and changes in scope or design.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
8\. Problem-Solving:
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise on-site, such as delays, supply shortages, or technical challenges.
• Negotiating solutions with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders when issues arise.
9\. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintaining project records : Documenting decisions, changes, and communications throughout the project.
• Preparing reports on project progress, costs, and performance for stakeholders.
10\. Project Closeout:
• Ensuring project completion: Ensuring all tasks are completed and the final product meets specifications.
• Coordinating final inspections and approvals from authorities.
• Managing the handover of the completed project to the client, including necessary documentation.
