1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.

2. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and labor resources. Efficiently allocate resources throughout the project.

3. Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and monitoring of project expenditures. Implement cost control measures to stay within budget constraints.

4. Contract Management: Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Ensure contract compliance, including the delivery of services and materials as per agreements.

5. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Address on-site issues and conflicts promptly.

6. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure construction standards meet project specifications.

7. Change Management: Handle change orders and variations in project scope. Assess the impact on budget and timelines and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.

8. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permits. Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and approvals.

10. Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.

11. Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.

12. Safety Compliance: Enforce stringent safety protocols to minimize accidents and create a safe work environment for all team members.

13. Environmental Considerations: Address environmental concerns and incorporate sustainable practices into construction projects, as appropriate.
