Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Manager MEP Electrical main (Freelance visa, Golden visa) with 10+ years ofexperience Responsible for Shop Drawing, Procurement, Installation & testing

commissioning of all electrical system from start to handing over the project.

? Submission of material submittals (proposed & alternative options).

? Responsible for authority drawings preparation in compliance to local

authority requirements, submission and site inspection (ADDC &DEWA).

? Coordinating with consultants & client representatives for the approval of

Mockup Installations & Material approvals.

? In-charge for live system tie in methodologies & coordination with client

representatives.

? Responsible for reviewing the single point of failure validation of the proposed

System.

? Managing subcontractors for executing the installation, testing and

commissioning of all Electrical System, including 22KV Switchgears,

Transformers, UPS, MSS, DC Rectifiers, 48V D.C System, DMS Panel, LV

Switchgears, LV Bus Bar, Generators, FAS, LCP, CBS, ACS, CCTV, BMS,

EMS & CMS systems etc.

? Preparation of Electrical method statements, Risk assessment, O&M Manuals

and Handing over documentation.

? Quantity take off material and procurement as per the project schedule.

? Coordinate with all MEP activities on site.

? Supervision of site engineers & supervisors and follow up for the timely

completion of project

? Evaluating job progress and reporting to project manager.

? Payment certificate validation of sub-contractor's claims.? Responsible for NCR/SOR closure.

? Responsible for WIR & MIR and its follow up resubmissions.

? Responsible for Vendor coordination for Warranty claims, DLP client claims/

repairs, Defect identification during DLP etc.

? Mitigation study & action plan implementation for the delayed task.

? Existing facility expansion feasibility studies.

? Responsible for existing power system upgradation & New authority approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
