Job Summary: Looking for a Construction Foreman in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have a background in Civil Engineering or any related course
Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role required
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques as well as best practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Good organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, construction documents as well as technical drawings
Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude to address construction-related challenges
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders
Must be familiar with construction software and technology tools
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment as well as OSH guidelines
